My name is Rob Tuzi and I'm Comin-ATCHA from the great city of Toronto, Canada!!

Being able to cook meat over an open fire, was completely mesmerizing for me at a young age. This is how I grew up, watching my dad and my uncles grill up some lamb skewers and steaks over an open firepit. Nothing was more enticing, exciting and intriguing about cooking over flames and fire. I was hooked!

My father built a fire place in the basement with a separate side chamber for the coals to place and installed a grilling rack above it. I literally learned how to grill indoors, during the winter months!!

My dad then built an outside fireplace to cook in and then the magic of BBQ, grilling, smoke and heat, really took me in. Being so up close to the fire in order to flip the meat was an incredible, satisfying feeling. I couldn't get enough.

I remember buying our first house, before I bought any furniture, I went and bought a grill on the first day of ownership! You know I had my priorities.

In 2017 I grilled the entire year and I did a 365 day journey, mostly on my Weber Grill. Then in 2019 I grilled another entire year of 365 smoking using my Traeger Grill. All of it being posted daily on Instagram and that has lead to an incredible building of a strong BBQ Family. I've learned so much from others and have met so many inspirational grillers.

I've since created a bi-annual grilling contest and started my own podcast show, as a result of this great BBQ Community! This website is here to be a great resource of BBQ Fun, collaborations, to showcase great local butcher shops, to feature anyone and everyone who makes a contribution in this awesome BBQ World.

I am buy no means, a chef or pitmaster of any sort; I just have a passion for all things surrounding the world of BBQ. I'm just an average backyard griller, who wants to motivate where I can, to get people outside and to grill something, year round. BBQ has no season; you make it happen 365 days of the year!
