My name is Rob Tuzi and this is my 11th challenge to Canadian grillers. I want to motivate you to get out there and grill something during May 1st, 2024 to May 7th, 2024. I will host 2 BBQ challenges this year and the dates are as follows:

How long is the contest?

My Tuzi BBQ Challenge will last for 7 days from May 1st, 2024 to May 7th, 2024.

For everyday you grill, you are entered into a daily random prize giveaway!

7 Days - 10 Giveaways - 10 Winners

Remember you must start on May 1st, 2024 and post your cook consecutively until you decide to stop participating.

KEEP IN MIND, the day you stop grilling and posting, is the day you are out of the contest.

I will also award 4 grand prizes on the last day of grilling on May 7th, 2024! GOOD LUCK!

Do I need to play everyday?

NO, you decide when you want to stop, however you must start on May 1st, 2024; because if you miss the first day, you are out of the contest. Therefore, when you start, it's completely up to you, how many consecutive days you want to participate for and thus, how many giveaways you want to have a chance to win. The day you decide to stop grilling and posting, that's the day you are out of the contest.

Do I need an Instagram page?

YES. This contest is played online, using the Instagram App.

BBQ Break acknowledges, that this promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

My Instagram page is private, can I still join this challenge?

YES, however you must accept my request to follow you. I need to see your Instagram page and/or stories of your cooks. Also keep in mind, I cannot share your post in my stories, if it's a private account.

What kind of grills or smokers can I use?

I want you to #MakeItHappen and use any heat source you have or can make.

They include and are not limited to:

- gas/propane

- ceramic

- smoker

- outdoor oven

- firepit

- egg

- pellet

- flat top

- charcoal

- pizza ovens

- deep fryer

What can't I use to cook on or in?

- NO Stove top

- NO Indoor cooking

- NO Crockpot

- NO Microwave

- NO Air Fryer

If I use my grill to smoke or create a drink, would that count?

YES, smoking the garnishes and/or liquid(s) and/or ice, all count.

Can an employee of a sponsor or a sponsor participate in this challenge?

YES, as winners are chosen randomly there is no conflict of interest and is allowed.

Can someone win 2 daily prizes during the WEEK?

NO, you can only win once during the week. You are not allowed to win twice during the daily draws from May 1, 2024 to May 6, 2024. After you win, your name will be removed until the last draw on May 7, 2024, where it will be re-entered again for a chance to win 1 of 4 Grand Prizes.

If I won a daily prize giveaway, will I be re-entered into the grand prize giveaway?

YES, all previous 6 winners will be submitted back into the grand prize draws; however they still must continue to grill and post until the last day of the challenge.

Do I need to register for this challenge?

YES. In order for me to track all the participants, I must know your Instagram account name, so I can record your entry into the daily giveaway. I also want to communicate by email, in case the Instagram App freezes, locks, goes down or gets hacked or any other foreseen scenario.

Is my name & email registration kept confidential?

YES, it is not given or sold; however if you won a digital gift card, then your email will be forwarded to the sponsor.

I'm ready! How do I play?

Simply grill anything you want on anything you have!

Starting on May 1st, 2024, you must post a picture or video, of what you grilled on your Instagram Page or Stories. Even though you can also post it on your stories, please keep in mind, since it only lasts for 24 hours, I do not want to have the risk of missing it.

IMPORTANT: you MUST use my hashtag of #TuziBBQChallenge11 (be sure to spell it correctly) and MUST tag me @bbqbreak everyday from May 1st, 2024 to May 7th, 2024.

How do I register for the #TuziBBQChallenge11?

Click on the Registration button on the home page.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WIN A PRIZE BUT THE SPONSOR & PRIZE ARE IN ANOTHER PROVINCE?

You can ask the sponsor to honour and hold the prize until you visit the province. You can ask the sponsor to donate it to a family member or friend who lives in that province, on your behalf. You can turn it down and ask the sponsor to add it back into the next challenge to be used as a prize. Lastly maybe the sponsor can send you an alternative prize pack that you both agree on.

How are the winners chosen?

The winners are chosen at random. You are not judged on quality or presentation of your meal. I have used random generated software before. I might also use other creative means to pick our winners.

The grand prizes and maybe some of the daily prizes will be creatively chosen by one or multiple Celebrity Chefs/Pitmasters.
